"My Destiny" is the proof he gave of gratitude to the Holy Land where he was born as an artist, as well as all the countries that had received him kindly, (some with very severe cold breaking through the bones and some others with strong heat that produces sweat). In this work, René rescues the request of his audience to interpret instrumental tracks played entirely with the amazing sounds of the Andean panpipes (zampoñas) and flutes. It is for this reason that René decided to collect a mix of rhythms from the Incas (from Southamerica) and Aztecas (Central America) and North-American Indians as well, playing some of the most renowned of the Peruvian Andean Group "Alborada", he also includes a song sung in "Quechua" (spoken by the Incas in all the South American Andes) which is also Rene’s home language inherited by his ancestors.
“Al filo del Cielo” = “The Edge of Heaven”, is a record that conveys a lot of magic, is a good option to create an environment of relaxation and meditation. The name of this album is acquired from an illustration created by Katia Gina that was titled “Al filo del Cielo” = "The Edge of Heaven" with which René identified himself to title and cover this album.
